With over ten years in the travel industry, having travelled to over 84 countries (including Russia and Iceland) and cruised on almost all the cruiselines including river cruises, travel has become Colette's passion. Her goal is to ensure clients enjoy their hassle-free vacation by paying attention to detail and ensuring client gets what client wants, assisting them in creating a lifetime of memories.

Colette has earned her Master Cruise Counselor (MCC) and Certified Cruise Counselor (CTC) by completing the required series of courses, minimum 5-years as a travel agent, booking a number of cruises in a 1-year period and personally experiencing tours and travel.
